Presented by
C. G. Jung Society of the Triangle
Bring your own dreams, share them with others, and then draw them. Just as Jung does in his famous Red Book, in this workshop we will access the unconscious sources of our own creativity, “visualize” our dreams in drawings, and actively imagine ourselves. Colored pencils and drawing paper will be provided. This will be an interactive, very practical workshop. The purpose will be to engage the creative unconscious immediately and intimately. In drawing our own dreams, we will have a direct experience of the creative process that Jung calls “active imagination.” We will work and play with our dreams and, after drawing them, we will have an opportunity, together as a group, to discuss the archetypal images, emergent surprises, and marvelously transformative effects of the creative unconscious.
